Stainless steel powder sintered filter material (including tube and plate) is made of 316L powder as raw material, after screening, molding and sintering. High filtering precision, good permeability, high mechanical strength, high material utilization, suitable for higher working temperature and heat shock. Widely used in pharmaceutical industry, water treatment industry, food industry, biological engineering, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgical industry and gas purification. Therefore, the stainless steel powder sintered filter material is a new type of filter material with wide development prospect because of its high-tech material composition and special molding process, which makes it have unique excellent performance.

Considerations

For Use

1. Stainless steel powder sintered filter core is consumable, although it is more durable than other filter elements, but in the process of cleaning and disassembly and assembly, attention should be paid not to scratch, smashing, falling and other phenomena to prevent man-made damage. It is strictly forbidden to use tools to exert force on the surface of the filter core.

2. Generally speaking, the filtrate is filtered from the outside to the inside of the filter core, and reverse filtration is not advocated.

3. When filtering, slowly pressure to the required working pressure, it is strictly forbidden to open the valve quickly supercharging.

4. The maximum working pressure is ≤ 3MPa. When the filtration efficiency is less than 50%, the clean air or clean liquid should be used for on-line backblowing and backwashing in time.

5. Stainless steel powder sintered filter core is generally blown back with pure gas, the back blowing pressure is 1.2-1.5 times of the working pressure, the backblowing time is 3-5 seconds, and the clean liquid is used for backwashing for 3-5 minutes and 2-3 times after repeated operation for 4-6 times.

6. If the filter core is still seriously damaged after on-line backblowing and backwashing, it should be removed in time for cleaning.

Cleaning

Methods

Stainless steel powder sintered filter core can be regenerated and cleaned by physical method and chemical method according to the pollution and the chemical properties of pollutants and the physical properties of stainless steel.

The main physical methods are as follows: clean liquid recoil, clean gas backblowing and ultrasonic cleaning. The main chemical methods are dilute acid, dilute alkali, oxidant, surfactants, enzymes and other cleaning agents. The above methods can also be used alternately.

According to several common applications, the cleaning methods are as follows:

1. The decarbonization and filtration in pharmaceutical and chemical fields should often be carried out by backblowing and backwashing combined with ultrasonic cleaning.

2. In the water industry, because the filter core surface intercepts for insoluble salt and oxide, generally uses 5% nitric acid immersion, does not need ultrasonic cleaning, can achieve the cleaning effect.

3. The original liquid filtration should be combined with the chemical properties of pollutants, and the following methods should be used for cleaning:

The main results are as follows: (1) Alkali washing: soaking in pure solution with 3-5% sodium hydroxide for 30-60 minutes and temperature about 40 degrees is the best in ultrasonic cleaning machine. After soaking, filter deionized water or injection water was washed inside and outside to neutral, and the conductivity was measured. Blow dry with pure air ≥ 0.4MPa pressure.

(2) pickling: soak in 5% nitric acid solution for more than 8 hours at a temperature of about 40 degrees. It is the best in ultrasonic cleaning machine. After soaking, rinse inside and outside with filtered deionized water or injection water to neutral, side conductivity. Blow dry with pure air ≥ 0.4MPa pressure.

(3) Organic pollution can be cleaned with surfactants, and the cleaning effect of cell fragment pollution system combined with enzyme is better (food and beverage can be cleaned with high concentration of citric acid).

(4) the above methods can be used alone or alternately with each other. If there are conditions, the effect of ultrasonic cleaning machine is the best. Note: it is necessary to regularly backwash online (online cleaning with pure compressed air or filter raw liquid or clean water backwash), can reduce the number of cleaning using the above methods.
