Introduce

The coalescing dewatering oil filter is generally suitable for the case where the water content in the oil is high. The oleophilic or hydrophilic property of the special filter material is adopted, the dehydration efficiency is high, and the operation is convenient. The coalescing separation type oil filter machine developed by our company, Combining precision filtration and high-efficiency dehydration, it can effectively remove particulate impurities, emulsified water and free water in oil without damaging the quality of oil. For oils containing a large amount of water molecules, the separation effect is particularly remarkable, and the separation speed is several times to several tens of times the conventional separation speed.

Different liquids have different surface tensions, and the smaller the surface tension, the faster the rate of passage of liquid as it flows through the orifice. When different mixed liquids flow into the separator, they first enter the coalescing filter element, which has a multi-layer filter medium whose pore size increases step by layer. Due to the difference in surface tension, the oil quickly passes through the filter layer, and the water is much slower. Because the coalescing filter element uses a hydrophilic material, tiny water droplets are adsorbed on the surface of the filter layer, causing the water droplets to coalesce. Under the action of kinetic energy, small droplets compete through the opening, gradually merge into large droplets, and under the action of gravity, settle and separate from the oil. By agglomerating the oil after the filter element, there is still a small size of water droplets moving forward to the separation filter element under the action of inertia. The separation filter element is made of a special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the separation filter element, the water bead is blocked outside the filter element, and the oil passes through the separation filter element, and the pure oil is discharged from the outlet.

  • Coalescing system: The coalescing system consists of a set of coalescing filter elements. The coalescing filter element adopts a unique polar molecular structure. The free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into larger water droplets after passing through the filter element, and then rely on gravity. Settled under the action into the water storage tank.

  • Separation system: The separation filter element of the separation system is made of a special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the filter element, the water drops are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element and coalesce until they settle into the water storage tank due to gravity.

  • Drainage system: The separated water is stored in the water storage tank. When the interface height reaches the set value, the valve is opened to drain the water until it reaches the lower level, the valve is closed, and the drainage is stopped. According to the user's request, the oil-water interface instrument can also be installed to make the interface of the oil and water be measured. When the set upper limit value is reached, the solenoid valve in the lower part of the water storage tank is opened, and the accumulated water is discharged through the drain port to realize automatic Drainage, truly unattended.

  • Particle filtration system: The high-efficiency filter material is used as the filter medium, and the large filter area design can effectively filter out the fine particles and impurities, so that the oil can achieve high cleanliness. By controlling the switching of the valves, separate filtration or integration with the coalescing separation system can be achieved to form a perfect system for filtration + water separation.
    This machine has a five-stage filtration system.
    The first stage suction filter is installed in the suction port coarse filter to protect the oil pump and extend the service life of the main filter.
    A second stage pre-filter, located upstream of the coalescer. This will extend the life of the coalescer and also reduce the amount of particles in the filtered liquid.
    The third stage coalescing filter causes the moisture in the oil to condense and sink.
    The fourth stage separation filter further blocks the tiny water droplets in the oil to achieve efficient separation.
    The fifth-stage fine filter, the filter medium uses a filter material with high precision and dirt holding capacity, which can purify the oil safely and efficiently.
